For a brand that stands out for cosmetics and skin care by flexing its muscle of a multitude of brands and products the objective was simple.
Increase Sales and Equity, we were engaged as consultants to revamp the entire ecommerce experience which they were lacking in and formulate a strategy for each brand within their portfolio as well as their retail outlets.
Makeup city had a portfolio of over 6000 SKU’s and an ecommerce site that catered to just 500. Apart from their own e-commerce site they had visibility in 80+ outlets across Pakistan but their online traffic was minimum. They were also available on multiple vendor pages such as goto, getwell, daraz.pk, etc and still earned just under Rs.200,000 per month.
After the due dilligance we came up with a plan to relaunch the e-commerce portal with multiple plugins to enhance customer retention, user experience and the shortest posible journey to reach from the point of access to the final check out. The second step was to initiate each brands own digital presence which would drive traffic straight to the makeup city website and in return generate traffic and sales.
